Biography

Lisa Keglovitz is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for GameStop. 

In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.  Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Store Operations, which included communications, process efficiency, and workforce/payroll planning. 
 
Prior to joining GameStop in July of 2011, Lisa held a variety of positions in HR and operations for Home Depot. In her last role for the home improvement retailer, Lisa served as the Regional HR Director for the Southeast Region and Gulf Region. She provided strategic oversight and execution for all aspects of HR including talent management/OE, associate relations, and staffing. Lisa was also responsible for the Southern Division Diversity and Inclusion Council as well as Women in Leadership programs designed to create awareness, promote hiring initiatives that better served their customers, and to develop, promote, and retain diverse talent.  
 
Lisa received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M, Commerce. Lisa is a board member of REA- DFW’s Retail Executive Association. REA is the leading professional development and networking organization in North Texas for executives in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries.
