Viewer-Choice Takes Home the Prize in Kratos' Challenge

GRAPEVINE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2007--GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME), the world's largest video game and entertainment software retailer, in partnership with Machinima.com, announced today the launch of the "GOD OF WAR(R) II Kratos' Challenge," a competition where consumers create their own 2-minute adaptation of GOD OF WAR II, the critically acclaimed Greek mythological adventure from Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA). Based on viewer-choice, one lucky grand prize winner will be awarded a $750 GameStop gift card and various GOD OF WAR II accessories.

From today until April 9, consumers may submit their Machinima, a custom video recording of game play, including content and music from GOD OF WAR II at http://www.gamestop.com/gow2. Submissions must be in a WMV, MOV or AVI format, maximum file size of 30 mb and maximum length of 2 minutes.

Between April 14 and April 27, visit http://www.gamestop.com/gow2 to watch the top 10 video submissions and vote for the best of the best.
